The XYZ Corporation is looking to construct a modern office building to accommodate their growing business. The building will be a multi-story structure, with a total of 7 floors, including a basement level for parking and storage. The building will have approximately 100,000 square feet of office space, as well as a rooftop terrace and a fitness center for employees.
Scope of Work:
Demolition of existing structures on the site
Site preparation and excavation
Construction of a 7-story office building with a basement level

Construction Timeline: Demolition and site preparation took about 2 months and Foundation and structural work took almost 4 months. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing took 3 months and Interior finish work needed 4 months.
